The nozzle disc centrifuge separator operates through a precise cyclical process for efficient algae classification and separation.

Operational Cycle
After starting and reaching full speed, operating water enters the sealed chamber to raise the piston and close the outlet. The material to be separated is fed into the bowl through the feeding pipe. Due to centrifugal force, impurities gather on the bowl periphery. At preset intervals, operating water flows into the open chamber, forcing the sliding piston downward to open the discharge port. Impurities are discharged outside the bowl and collected, while the light phase gathers in the bowl center and is discharged via the centripetal pump. The heavy phase is introduced to the centripetal pump room through the disc gland and discharged. This completes one cycle, after which operating water re-enters the sealing chamber to raise the piston and close the ejection port, repeating the process continuously.
